This high-containment coating machine is a high-sealing core equipment with protection level requirements for the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It is widely used in scenarios where products with high activity, high toxicity, and high allergenicity exist in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Technical features

◆The whole machine is designed with high airtightness, the body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the contact with the material is made of SUS316L stainless steel;

◆The sealed cavity uses an inflatable sealing ring and an internal negative pressure design to ensure complete sealing and isolation of the production area.

◆The incoming and outgoing materials adopt sealing isolation technologies such as RTP and αβ valves;
