This high-containment tablet press machine is a high-sealing core equipment with protection level requirements for the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It is widely used in scenarios where highly active, highly toxic, and highly allergenic products exist in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

◆The whole machine is designed with high-containment, the body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the contact with the material is made of SUS316L stainless steel;

◆The sealed cavity uses an inflatable sealing ring and an internal negative pressure design to ensure complete sealing and isolation of the production area;

◆The incoming and outgoing materials adopt sealing isolation technologies such as RTP and αβ valves;

◆The air intake and exhaust adopt BIBO and PUSH-PUSH technology;

◆The whole machine is controlled by PLC and has automatic protection functions (overpressure, overload, emergency stop device)
