The ton bag unloading station is a specialized equipment which used for unpacking and feeding of powder and granular materials packaged in ton bags. Lift the material ton bag through the electric hoist and horizontally move it to the upper part of the feed inlet. After manual docking, unlock the discharge port for feeding. With the help of slapping or vibration, the material falls into the hopper below. Ton bag unloading stations are widely used in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic, and new materials.
