Product introduction:

Miran designed and developed a vertical blanking system in order to solve the needs of users for long-distance vertical conveying of materials between different floors. It is composed of docking station, valve opening mechanism, blanking pipe and control system. The blanking pipe is equipped with silicone jacket with high tear resistance, which can realize the slow blanking of materials by filling and releasing air into the jacket, so as to ensure that the materials are not damaged, stratified and dust-free in the blanking process.

Technical Parameters:

Filling and discharging buffer feeding to avoid material damage, stratification and dust;

Direct contact with material parts, easy to disassemble design, easy to clean;

Dust-free and closed docking with upstream and downstream equipment can be customized according to the actual needs of users;

Specially designed valve opening mechanism can be configured to make the valve opening more reliable and higher tolerance rate.

Can configure the upper and lower intercom telephone, convenient for the upper and lower operators work communication.
