1. Product Introduction:

This machine is a unpacking and feeding equipment designed for bagged materials. The equipment integrates functions such as material conveying, bag breaking (optional), feeding, screening and impurity removal (optional), and dust removal system. Suitable for packaging specifications ranging from 25kg-50kg in woven bags, PE bags, kraft paper bags, and other forms of packaging. It is preferred for feeding broken bags of powder or granular materials, especially for production situations with a wide variety of material types and specifications.

2. Product Advantages:

1) Sanitary design, mirror polished interior of the feeding bin, excessive rounded corners, no cleaning dead corners;

2) Both bag breaking (optional) and feeding are carried out in a closed, slightly negative pressure chamber to avoid dust spillage;

3) Optional foreign object screening and glove box operation unit.

4) Automatic feeding and bag breaking to reduce labor intensity;

5) Equipped with a dual-purpose water and gas gun for easy cleaning;
