The glove box consists of a sealed enclosure, a transition chamber, a tool compartment, a purification unit (single column), a circulating fan, a support frame, a vacuum system, PLC control and a touchscreen operating system, and a high-precision water and oxygen analyzer. Under standard conditions (constant temperature of 20°C, one standard atmosphere, and injection of 99.999% pure inert gas), water and oxygen levels are both less than 1 ppm. The purification column will become saturated after a certain period of circulation and can be regenerated and reused.

It is widely used in: scientific research fields (such as chemical laboratories, biological laboratories, and scientific laboratories), and industrial production fields (such as the research and development of new energy lithium batteries, the manufacturing and research and development of semiconductor chips in the electronics industry, and the production and research and development of the pharmaceutical industry). Applications in the medical field (e.g., preparation of special drugs in hospital pharmacies and formulation rooms, sterilization and maintenance of medical devices, etc.)

Technical Characteristics
1. High-sealing design of the entire unit; the enclosure is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a brushed inner surface and a white powder-coated outer surface.
2. Features an inclined operating surface and a removable safety glass window, sealed with a silicone sealing strip.
3. The purification unit is regenerable and reusable, offering high efficiency and energy saving.
4. Water and oxygen levels can reach below 0.1 ppm, with a leakage rate of 0.05% vol/h.
5. The enclosure can withstand ±1500 Pa pressure; different pressure conditions can be set according to requirements.
