This change affects only the company name. All other core information—including the legal entity, business qualifications, tax ID, and bank accounts—remains unchanged (invoicing details have been updated to reflect the new name). Effective immediately upon the name change, Miran Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will utilize its new official seal and other relevant stamps. The original seals and stamps of Shanghai Miran Air Conditioning Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. will become invalid on November 17, 2025. This renaming does not affect the company's normal operations or business activities. Existing business collaborations, the validity of signed contracts, and service guarantees remain unaffected, with all operations proceeding as usual. Miran Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. inherits and fulfills all relevant responsibilities and obligations.
